Demeter implemented their Utilities Manager system at a petrol station following a water efficiency survey that showed high ongoing water consumption equivalent to 17,280 litres per day or £12,500 per year.

Utilities Manager was able to confirm the significant water losses. The underground leak was located and repaired on 13th November with the dramatic impact apparent.

The saving to the Co-operative Group was £12,500 per annum with a payback of less than four months for the costs of detection, repair and the five year subscription to Utilities Manager.
