We have a clear policy to help customers improve environmental performance through reducing water consumption. As an environmental organisation it is important that we demonstrate best practice in every way we can;

In support of our policy and to demonstrate our ethical approach we will;

- Minimise energy consumption and maximise re-use and recycling of resources wherever possible.
- Switch off all electrical equipment when not in use
- Re-use paper as much as possible and recycle all waste paper
- Use public transport / share car journeys as much as possible
- Utilise environmental standards and measures in support of our work
- Purchase Fairtrade products (especially coffee)
- Not use bottled water
- Pay suppliers on a fair basis and within our terms and conditions
